Shipping Policy
Most items are handmade to order which can take up to 2 days and once completed I ship using mostly USPS but some instances I may use UPS shipping. The turnaround time frame takes about 3-5 business days. I make every attempt to get all products shipped out to my customers as soon as possible and with each order you will receive a tracking number so that you can stay up to date on your order as it travels to you.

In any instance that you have issues with your order due to the mail carrier error, please make sure you reach out to them FIRST to file a claim and then message me once you have filed a claim and gotten some sort of feedback from the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please be sure before placing your order that your measurements are correct, and you have chosen the correct item and color that you wish to order. Once your order is placed unfortunately, I will not be able to change your order, but I can add items to the order.
