Yes! You are able to wear your waistbeads while bathing, swimming, working out, and during other normal activities. After bathing or doing water activities please make sure to wipe your waistbeads with a clean dry towel. Waistbeads can be cleaned with a gentle mild soap. **Please be mindful before using the potty to not tug on your strands to avoid possible breakage. **

Ultimately it is up to your liking, but I do suggest that clients choose to tie their strands at their Waistline, High Hip or on the Hip. Wherever makes you more comfortable then go for it! Remember, this is your journee, and you are free to do what you like!

We choose the best quality of material to insure longevity of our waistbeads. Majority of the strands are made with glass seed beads, gemstones, and crystals. The most common size seed beads we use are ; 6/0- 4mm 8/0- 3mm 11/0- 1.8 mm (Remember the larger the number the smaller the bead size)
